ABOUT VIZYON
Built on a foundation of 40-years of experience in the construction industry, Vizyon was created to provide customers with the services and tools that are missing from standard design firms.
Vizyon was established, in part, due to the growing needs of the residential construction market with designs spanning a wide spectrum of projects, including outdoor living spaces, interior renovations, custom pools and water features, interior design, and master planning.
Vizyon is built on the belief that good design puts equal emphasis on function, ergonomics, aesthetics, acoustics, and financial value. Each space must meet the exact requirements of the homeowners that will be enjoying the space.
Designers approach each project with a laser focus on the client’s vision. Then, utilizing the latest technology in the industry, they create their vision through a design built entirely in 3D.
WHO WE ARE
The designers at Vizyon were hand selected based on a combination of very diverse personalities, talents, and backgrounds. This diversity allows each clients to receive a variety of expert analysis and education about their project.
There is no “cookie cutter” at Vizyon. Each project is completely custom, unique, and designed to meet the exact needs of each client.
JEFF BLUNKOSKY
Design has been imbedded into Jeff’s early years stemming to his father’s experience as a draftsman. Having a keen eye for detail along with having a well-rounded 30-year background in the construction industry fueled his passion to create the idea of Vizyon. Jeff’s ambition is driven through providing the highest level of services for homeowners and constructions owners project planning needs.

TJ has always had a passion for designing. He started his career in audio, creating spaces specifically designed for musical performance and recording. And, while he excelled at making rooms sound good, he also wanted to make them look as good as they sounded. That’s the curiosity that led him into interior design and architecture.
For TJ, Working with point cloud data and BIM is the future. He is always on the look out for new technology to implement into the designing of the perfect space.
ROB HEALY
Rob has always had a passion for landscape design. He has worked in the field as a landscape specialist for years and loves incorporating natural features into his designs.
Along with his passion for landscapes, Rob is always learning new skills and techniques. His designs incorporate modern and unique features that push the boundaries of what is typically seen in Pittsburgh design.
DESIGNER
YOUSEF HASSOUD
Yousef has a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban planning from his native Syria. Since then, he has experienced working with a variety of clients and companies. In December of 2021, he moved with his wife from Syria to Pittsburgh and is now sharing his passion for design with Vizyon.
