Refund Policy

The retainer paid upon signing is partially refundable if the Client cancels this Agreement before any billable work has commenced. Any reasonable administrative costs incurred by the Service Provider prior to cancellation will be deducted from the refund. Once billable work has begun and an invoice has been applied to the retainer, no portion of the retainer will be refunded, and remaining retainer balance will be applied toward future invoices until exhausted.
